I enjoy working with first time buyers as well as those moving up or down and understand real estate is a very important part of your investment portfolio, often the biggest single purchase you will ever make.
- As a resident of San Diego County since 1976 and North County since 1988, I've been affiliated with Prudential California Realty since 1991. Prior to that, I earned a B A in Social Ecology from U C Irvine and was employed in the Worker's Compensation Insurance industry.
- You deserve all the facts before making a decision on buying or selling real estate. Whether it be your primary residence, second home, or 1031 exchange, I will try to provide all the tools necessary for you to make the best decision possible.
- An active volunteer in my community, I am a tutor in the Adult Learning Program through the City of Carlsbad's Library and am on the board of "The Achievers", The Optimist Club of Carlsbad, supporting North County youth. In addition, I am a board member of The Charitable Foundation, an Agent Community Outreach program of Prudential California Realty.

While I work independently, I have many trusted associates, a highly regarded branch manager and an experienced team of professionals in lending, title, escrow and home warranty to call on for assistance when necessary.
- If you need a referral to a qualified contractor or service technician - from carpet cleaners to carpet installers, call me. I have a current list of trades people who I have used or clients have recommended and I will be happy to pass their name along.
